Admissions
Four steps from the form to your first session. No payment is taken on this site and no payment detail is requested anywhere on it.
Send the form
Name, contact details and anything you want to add. Nothing is charged at this stage and no payment detail is requested anywhere on this site.
We call you back
An advisor goes through the catalogue with you, checks which level fits your background, and tells you the fee and the next start date.
Confirm your place
Registration is completed with the academy directly. You receive the syllabus, the schedule and the joining details in writing before the course begins.
Attend and complete
Attendance is recorded against the published hours. A certificate of completion is issued for learners who meet the attendance and assessment requirements.
This site does not take payments and has no checkout. Training only. This academy does not give investment advice and does not manage funds.
What we ask of you
An honest starting point
Tell the advisor what you already know rather than what you would like to be true. Placing a learner correctly is the single biggest factor in whether a course is worth their fee.
Identification at registration
Valid original identification is checked once, at registration, so that a certificate can be issued in the correct name. It is not requested through this website.
Attendance
A certificate records hours attended. Meeting the published attendance threshold is a condition of being issued one, and it is stated in the terms before you enrol.
The work between sessions
Exercises are set between sessions and marked. A learner who does not do them can still attend, but will get a fraction of what the course is for.
Asked before enrolling
No. We are a training institution licensed by the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation, and that licence covers teaching. We do not advise anyone on their own holdings, we do not recommend any instrument, and we do not accept or manage funds. Our trainers are instructed to decline personal financial questions and to refer them to a licensed adviser.
A private training institution licence issued by the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation, number 224127931061, and accreditation for electronic delivery from the National eLearning Center. The registered company details, including the commercial registration and the unified national number, are published in the footer of every page.
We will not answer that with a number, because nobody honestly can. A course teaches a defined body of knowledge and the skills listed under each entry in the catalogue. What a learner does afterwards depends on their own work, their employer and circumstances none of us control.
Not for the foundation group, which assumes nothing and starts from the vocabulary. The intermediate and advanced courses list the knowledge they assume, and an advisor checks that fit on the call before you enrol rather than after.
It records the hours you attended and the assessment you passed at this academy, under our TVTC licence. It is a training record that belongs in a professional file. It is not a professional licence, not a university qualification and not a permit to practise any regulated activity.
Both. Each scheduled group is announced with its language of instruction, and the workbook is supplied in that language. Technical terms are given in both throughout, because the documentation a learner will meet at work is rarely in one language only.
Fees depend on the course, the format and the group size, and they are quoted to you in writing before you commit to anything. This site does not take payments and has no checkout, so nothing can be charged from here.
Yes. Any catalogue course can run as a closed group for one organisation, on our campus or at their premises, with the case material rewritten around their sector. Attendance and completion records are supplied for the training file.
